July 4th meal
So tonight we grilled a Ribeye, Shrimp and baked taters (from the oven). Cooked the Ribeye over 500 deg. charcoal to am medium rare doneness. Shrimp we skewered and grilled as well. Once inside I added a dollop of garlic butter to the steak and some Zatarans Blackened Seasoning. I’m in a food coma now!

Man That looked good...Momma and I had a doctored up "You bake em up Pizza...Xtra Mozzarella, Pepperonis, Sliced Onions, Sliced Tomatoes, and she had sliced green olives on her half, while I had sliced Jalapeno's on my half. Came out pretty good.

All we could come up with was this ole country stuff . Chicken fried steak , corn fritters, fried okra , green beans and mashed taters, fresh corn .Almost forgot cantaloupe , cornbread , onion and sweet tea . Ps Did grill hotdogs / burgers for supper .
