    Default July 4th meal

So tonight we grilled a Ribeye, Shrimp and baked taters (from the oven). Cooked the Ribeye over 500 deg. charcoal to am medium rare doneness. Shrimp we skewered and grilled as well. Once inside I added a dollop of garlic butter to the steak and some Zatarans Blackened Seasoning. I’m in a food coma now!

Yum, looks delicious. We had smash burgers and hotdogs. But what was really yummy was the perfect Cherokee purple tomato from the garden!

Man That looked good...Momma and I had a doctored up "You bake em up Pizza...Xtra Mozzarella, Pepperonis, Sliced Onions, Sliced Tomatoes, and she had sliced green olives on her half, while I had sliced Jalapeno's on my half. Came out pretty good.

Boy you dialed that plate in perfectly. Love the "Food Comas" myself after Holiday Meals. Great picture too.
