Well I’m still up and around. Not fast but thorough! I’m still having some nasty drainage from the tape allergy then peeling off skin with the tape. It will heal in a few days. My best-in-the-World nurse is back to work so it’s just me and the cat holding down the fort. Savy Dog, the Boykin, is too
high strung for me all day just yet.

I’ve already read one book and watched hours of the Professor of Rock on YouTube. Being a huge history buff and Classic rock music fan, his shows are very entertaining and informative. My tastes in rock is prior to the Hair Bands era so lots of his shows are not for me.

I won’t be starting PT for a month. I’m wearing my back brace if I’m walking or sitting watching TV. I don’t sleep in it.

I can already tell it will be hard to keep me off the lake for a couple of months.

Thanks for the update. Praying for a speedy full recovery. Hopefully you can sneak some time on the water if you're able and it's not harmful. Just be careful with whatever you do. Best wishes.

Doug wishing you well from my hospital bed. I've just come out of a very dad situation my self. keep this in mind as you heal, you have the worlds best prayer team on your side. CDC people take of each other with powerful prayers.
