PA from my Ortho group was in early this morning. They will be sending me home later today. He did say I’ve had an allergic reaction to the adhesive from my first day surgery. When they took the bandage off, the skin came with it. Glad I can’t see that!

PT folks are very pleased with my ability to go from laying down to sitting on the side of the bed then standing beside the bed to walking. Zero pain or numbness!!!I walked the length of the hall yesterday afternoon without the walker. They were very surprised about that.

I’m sure it will be a few days before I get the true feeling back in my legs and feet. No word yet about how much PT I will have to endure.

Really Good News Doug, Hate to hear about the allergic reaction from the tape. That's not good but will heal. Prayers for a quick, complete healing, as well as a good ride home. Prayers for PT not to be to lengthy, but that it gets you back on the water soon.
