Where are you staying on Griffin. We are on Griffin, but it's way too cold to do anhy fishing right now, and the fishing that I have done tells me they have turned off due to the weather, big time!

Slab, we are camping in the state park, and just reserved more time here. I haven't had the boat out yet but hope to in the next couple days. If you see a red Ohio tracker on the lake give a shout, I'm planning on fishing the south shore, bridge and placed structure. Obtw caught a nice lmb at the public ramp/park yesterday

We had a decent day on Griffin yesterday, water temp was 51 and windy, caught fish 2 to 3ft in 4 to 5ft water, ended the day with 18 blacks 10- 12". Only took 2 keepers today though.

As of Tuesday h2o temps up to 62, light wind, we fished drop offs and creeks went through over 3 dozen with 12- 11" keepers. I went out after the late day rain and the bite was unreal. Today we pushed minnows in shallower water, fish were sparse as was the bite, the highlight of the morning was what looked to be a 5-6# bass on a 14ft southern crappie pole spooled with 6# mono, I would of landed him it he would if stayed out of the Lilly pads after a 15 min fight my knot gave way! Oh well, all and all we loved Griffin and will return.
