    Default What's for dinner? Grandpa

What you all having for dinner(some people call it lunch southern folks like me call it dinner) and supper is in the evening or night. Well we having black-eyed peas and hog jowl, fresh collard greens, fried chicken, and corn bread with a big glass of ice cold tea. Just don't get no better than that for a New Years dinner. I may press my luck( see how lucky those black eyed peas where) and see if the wife will fry up some crappie fillets tonight for supper. Happy New Year!

Yum sounds good. We’re just having peas w/ham and cornbread covered with raw white chopped onions.

I had completely forgotten about that old show! It was always a hoot!
Ribs, peas and corn bread down here for supper. Peaches and cream pie, for dessert, maybe topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Only wish I had a wooden bowl to put it in....
Bringing peas to a couple of neibors, as well..

Cabbage, black eyed peas, fried pork chops, and cornbread. Chocolate cake with strawberries on top. Git back.
    Tell'em I'll be there.
