The LB means it's a 20" long shaft. The XB is a 25" shaft. The lb will work perfect on an Xpress.

I have a forklift and a tractor with forks to handle motor.
It'll take about an hour or two to take off and put on other boat. Toughest part is lining up the control cables, main wiring harness, and fuel lines ,through the rigging boot. Those boots on the front of the engine are a pain. The rest is easy. 4 bolts off and 4 bolts on.

Call me later this morning and I'll get you a number. Taking Lori to the doctor earlier this morning. She had a rotator cup repaired last Monday. Going in for a bandage replacement and checkup.

Word of advice, go ahead and get a tandem trailer. You will want one soon if you buy single axle.

I always recommend a tandem trailer with any engine over a 115.

    That's an excellent question.

The toon prop is made for pushing a big heavy load. I will take a much different prop for a pad ride type hull. The key is a prop that gives you Bow Lift to put you on the pad, and turns the right RPM's for that hull design.

Pitch is important in prop selection, but Cup, Rake, and Diameter play a major roll as well. It's a combination of all of those factors. Pitch is no good without the rest of the equation being met. Some props are Vented as well, and others are not. Correctly propping a boat is a science within itself.
