How many will be there Wed night? Thinking we will do pork steaks or country style ribs on the smoker for supper that evening. Going to some some Smoked jalapeno peppers also. There jalapeno peppers stuffed with hot sausage and cream cheese wrapped in bacon. Some will have a bite, but man there gooooooddd. May have some Smoked Blonaga also.
