    I'm planning on bringing my smoker to the campsite and plan on smoking a big BBQ meatloaf for the cookout.

    Not sure if I told you this or not. Will bring plenty of hot and mild sauce for the meat. And will have the smoker with us also. Can do enough for 100 on the small smoker. Or the big one will and had fed 200+.

    Pete is gonna do 2 more butts and 10lbs of chicken. Also Ms Goodtime is gonna do another slaw. That will be 3 butts, 20lbs chicken, BBQ Meatloaf total. We need another Potato Salad if somebody is willing to bring one. Me and Pete think that will cover approx. 50 people.
