    18. Clean-up: The Corps no longer collects garbage at the campgrounds or shelters. All garbage from our event will need to be carried to the dumpsters located at the entrance to the Persimmon Hill campground a short distance down the road. I may need some help from those with Pickups to help me with that. We will leave the Shelter exactly as we found it.

Please post what you will be willing to cook or bring.

Note: Ms Goodtime said if you need more slaw that she would be glad to bring some more.

OK, guys....nobody as stepped up and volunteered to grill or smoke chicken. If Pork Butts will be easier for those of you are willing to cook, we can change the meat to BBQ Pork. That and the bread is the only thing that will need to be changed in the menu. I know the butts can be done ahead of time at home and do the final preparation at your cabin or campsite. If we're gonna change, it's early and we can do it now, so give me your thoughts in the next day or so. Fish is definitely OUT! Since this my first to head up camp, I'm not ready for that. I'll be watching and waiting for your responses.
