    Doing a fine job armyman! Pulling 2 shifts at fire dept that weekend and sure hate to miss this food. Nobody will go home hungry I'm sure of that!!

    Sounds like a lot of tending to to me, put em on at 225 and cook till internal is 190 and your done, 1.5 to 2 hours per pound, start off with chips and ad once, go to sleep, get up and go fishing, come in take butts off.

    Its not, just got to run that temp up a little every so often. Makes it a lot better low and slow at first. But your way works too, I think that the way they cook the catfish at the place you sent me and Go Bob to..
