OK, guys....nobody as stepped up and volunteered to grill or smoke chicken. If Pork Butts will be easier for those of you are willing to cook, we can change the meat to BBQ Pork. That and the bread is the only thing that will need to be changed in the menu. I know the butts can be done ahead of time at home and do the final preparation at your cabin or campsite. If we're gonna change, it's early and we can do it now, so give me your thoughts in the next day or so. Fish is definitely OUT! Since this my first to head up camp, I'm not ready for that. I'll be watching and waiting for your responses.

So far only one person has offered to cook a boston butt and bring it....other than that no body has offered to cook and bring meat yet. And only a couple have said what they would like to have. Really need some more input here.

You have 22 people signed up right now, 2 or 3 butt at 10 lbs will be more than enough. You can fit that amount in one Masterbuilt and cook it right there. Start them on Friday @ about 3 pm @ 185 , 12 pm @ 215, 6 am @ 225, and noon 275 until 2 and take them off. Just put rub on them and wood chips every couple of hours until 11 and your good.
