    "D" that looks great! I tried that etoufee over fried catfish not long ago at a cajun restaurant here where I live. It was really good!

    Hay, several people have pm'ed for directions for etoufee. lol I forgot to add, if you use the packs from LouisianaFishfry Products, it works good with cut up chicken breasts or take a deli chicken and pick the meat.
