I call Humminbird today didn't get to talk to Deb but I did talk to a very nice customer service lady named Jackie. She was very nice took my name and she had all my stuff( address and other info) pulled up in just a few minutes. When I told her my problem with the 800 khz washout she knew what I was talking about and she looked up my serial numbers and she verified that it would need sending back for the hardware fix. She emailed me a Fedex shipping label and tomorrow I will have it headed back to Humminbird for the fix. She said that the fix would not take long and I would be getting it back soon. The SI pictures in 455khz was very good can't wait to see the 800khz Si pictures on my 899 when they get it back to me as everyone says they will be even better. Thanks Rickie and Robert for the help.
Be safe and good luck fishing

Well I sent it off this morning. I can't wait to get it back. I feel like a little boy waiting on Christmas to open up his toys. If you have not tried a side imaging unit yet well let's just say you don't know what you're missing.

Wow! Talking about fast. I sent the Humminbird off yesterday(Fedex)and got a email just then from them. They already have it and sent me this:

"We recently received your Humminbird product for service repair.

Our goal is to get you back on the water as soon as possible!

Please review the details of your service order information as follows"

Wow! Humminbird's customer service is #1 in my book.
I may just have my humminbird back and fishing before Easter Sunday.
