When I told her my problem with the 800 khz washout she knew what I was talking about and she looked up my serial numbers and she verified that it would need sending back for the hardware fix. She emailed me a Fedex shipping label and tomorrow I will have it headed back to Humminbird for the fix. She said that the fix would not take long and I would be getting it back soon. The SI pictures in 455khz was very good can't wait to see the 800khz Si pictures on my 899 when they get it back to me as everyone says they will be even better. Don't send the unit in the original box ...you won't get that box back ...
