You take a "landscape mode" picture to get more coverage to the left/right ... and a "portrait mode" picture to get more coverage of top/bottom (so you don't cut off the head or feet of the person you're taking the picture of). Cell phones automatically think you're taking pics in portrait mode (think selfies, or family photos) ... but, when they translate to the website, they come out sideways. Your phone may or may not have the capability to "turn" the pics, which is why I suggested the alternative of holding the phone sideways when taking a picture you intend to post.
According to the left slant of the first & third pics in your post ... if you turn the camera sideways towards your right, when you post the pics they will come out upright. That may be the reason why the center picture came out correct, as you may have taken "that" picture with the camera held sideways.
