3/8 Driftmaster Rod holder

Does anyone know of an online store that would have the 3/8' Driftmaster lil Pro Rod holder with the 8'' stem? I need the extra length to clear the railing on the boat. I've checked several of the big box stores (Academy, Bass Pro, etc.) but no luck.

I have 4 star bases installed at the corners and would like my finished set up to have two of the long stem rod holders at the front corners and two 9' T-Bar holders at the back corners. So far all I've managed to find is two short stem rod holder that I'll be able to use once I have the T-Bars.

Any help provided will be greatly appreciated.
