    Default Dogs and fishing

Anybody else have a dog that loves to go fishing or boating. My beagle starts getting real anxious as soon as I take the cover off the boat in the driveway. Post a pic of your dog fishing or boating with you. Looking forward to see them.Name: uploadfromtaptalk1453833327956.jpg

Dont got no pics handy(shhh at werk) but mine knows when the alarm goes off and I aint getting dressed for work what's up. Starts running round the house all crazy till I let him out front. Wont even go out back, reckon he thinks I may forget him. Gotta keep him leashed up in the boat or he chases birds. Least with the leash hooked to boat I can drag him back in. Fact the jackwagon went for a swim Saturday morning in 35 degrees, got soaked getting him back in the boat and what was not wet, was after he shook off. They good company and never complain.

Yer lucky, my dog hates the water and hates the boat even more. She will jump out the boat and she can't swim!

This is Jack. He loved to go fishing with me for almost 10 years. We would get to my lake place and I'd uncover the boat and he would get on the boat and wait for me until we went fishing. He got a spinal cord disease last year that started robbing him of the use of his back legs and I had to put him down in October. I miss him every day.Name: 100_4214.jpg

Mike, next time I see you and the dude out for a ride I'll snap a few. Y'all are lucky to have one that goes all the time. My boat and backseat are empty more often than not.

Just about all of our dogs over the years have been boat dogs.

We got Buster into crappie early. He'll be 14 in March

Daisey was never really interested in the fish, she just wanted to stretch out and snooze. I sure miss my sweet girl.

Likely they are cell phone pics, taken in "portrait" mode or with phone held upright. They "look" normal on the phone, but will translate to "landscape" mode when transferred to here.

Depending on your phone, or the app/program you're using ... you can "turn" them before posting them. And, if not, you can always take the pictures with the phone held sideways (self imposed landscape mode) and top of phone towards your right. (I think)

You can always "test" how your pics will show up ... on the Test forum. You can even copy/paste the pictures from there to your posts on the other forums, if/when they come out right. Unfortunately, you cannot "turn" the pictures with any function of this site ... that has to be done BEFORE the picture is downloaded here.
