Mark I have my cabin booked (#1) right across from you. As another thought, do we want to see about possibly renting a pavilion to do the eats (are the pavillions enclosed?) Maybe everyone participating would be willing to pitch in to help out with the rental??? Just a few thoughts b/c we are getting too big to keep having it in the cabins. I didn't count last year but the year before we had 89 people eating in your cabin.

I have reserved their largest pavilion for Friday and Saturday just in case we need it. It is an open air facility but has lights.

i plan to holler at some of the same folks that donated last year. also gonna involve steve pemble. he did great. and if anyone else has a connection, please use it. should be really fun as usual.
i l ike the idea of the covered pavillion. i agree with dwyane. 100 folks in a cabin is a bunch. we can decide as we get closer. i have access to some tables if we need them to put the food on, etc. also everyone might need to bring themself a chair, like the kind we take to soccer games. man, im gettiing pumped. LOL

cyperwolf....if you get there early enough, fish on Friday, with pot luck dinner that night...everyone just brings whatever they want to, and usually there's a tracking list a little closer to time.
Saturday fish all day, then big fish fry and story telling that night... Lot's of friendly folks, good food, joking, eating, laughing and pictures. And hopefully some good fishing, or it'll be a pizza party Saturday night. LOL
