Is that from where the line touches the water or actual reel reading.?

    Default Depth Chart

So, what "G" is telling you is correct, that there's not enough difference to matter in the two charts.
As far as the line diameter goes, there are so many variations in line size that a man could spend a day trying to chart the difference in Stren (.012 Dia.) vs. Nano Fill (.007 dia.)

I used a cheapo braid that is .009 diameter. thats just bigger (.002) than Berkley NanoFil and slightly smaller (.002)than TrileneXl (.011)or Stren(.012). I figured that there is no stretch to braid, where as if you let out 95 feet of mono, there will be some stretch to it, reducing the line diameter, right? So now, were into which brand of line stretches more than others!

Also, Arkie doesn't have a scuba diver on staff. LOL. I trolled back and forth at different depths across a flooded gravel flat known locally as "Butt Beach" Stayed on track as best i could, let out line until i hit bottom at a depth, recorded it. I know, that ain't too scientific.... its fishing... we ain't curing Cancer or putting man on the moon.

Mike, from the looks of those stringers your catching, you've got them dialed in pretty dang good man! Good Job!

Thanks for all the interest guys.

Great question! That IS from the point of contact with the water. Rod was out near level, creating roughly a 20 degree angle to the water.
