I can remember when all scaly fish state limit was a hundred and nobody was impressed with a 100 . I am looking for some photos of my dad/granddad that has wash tubs full of crappie in the back of the truck . Many were gotten by dragging green hickory nuts in sloughs , behind a boat, that had been run over by a tractor multiple times . And yes they liked "old Crow "and Falstaff beer . welcome to Mississippi 1950's style .

Sorry guy, I'm throwing the flag on this one.

My best day: Me and a buddy caught 321 in one day @5 years ago on West Point. Kept count with a clicker. Was longlining and they bit constantly all day and we could only fish with 1-2 poles each, just one of those days (awesome!). Kept a limit of 10 inch plus fish.
Had to rub Ben-Gay on my elbow/wrist the next day!! LOL!!

Ya think??? Almost 2 1/4 1.5-lb fish per minute with ZERO downtime for 3 hours.
