Gene , Take rpm of motor X circumference of drum divide by 60 = inch per second lift. I just left off the divide by 60 part.

I depend on total recall. I guess I need to invest in a teleprompter. ha

Funny how you brought this up when I was working on one. Glad you did though. Gave me a few more ideas. I ain't gonna spend no 400 dollar though. Mine will made of scrap parts for the most of it.
I spent more money on the stainless bolts for my slide bracket then I had tried up in the hole project. They think a lot of those little boltsyeall, going to hang a flag on the top of those trolling motors?

You should consider being an advertiser here. If any group of fishermen would benefit the most from the lift, it would be crappie fishermen fishing brushpiles.

THE GUY DO NOT HAVE ONE FOR XI5 SO I AM MAKING ME ONE IF WEATHER WOULD CO-OPERATE.I THINK THE SWITCH IS A ON-OFF-ON SWITCH,WANT IT BEFORE I START CAMPING IN MIDDLE OF MARCH.A X15 IS A LITTLE HARDER TO MAKE A BRACKET FOR ,ALSO MOTOR IS CLOSER TO TURNIN MOTOR WHEN IN STOW POSITION,LEAVING HARDLY ANY ROOM FOR COLLAR AT BOTTOM BUT I THINK I GOT THAT FIGURE OUT,LIFTING BRACKET IS ALMOST FINISH

Waterproof switch I used Gene. Great for reversing directions. I used it on my transducer lift.
