I can see cabin fever is already affecting how we all are feeling and posting. C'mon y'all. The fishing will get better as will the conversation here.

Well I for one am sitting here staring at Dean's new boat. I don't know weather to wind my butt or scratch my watch! Where have I gone wrong? Just how much money did he win?
Everything is possible. The impossible just takes longer!

    I will give a report
The last 3 times I have been out I got my BUTT handed to me. Not something I really wanted to post.
If you would scroll back a few post you will see that the fishing has been pretty tough for most. The weather is bad and the winds are mighty this time of year on Kentucky Lake can't say much for barkley don't get time to fish it.
If you could go out brave the winds and give me report. I would appreciate it. As I have not been down for a few weeks and probably won't be able to get there until maybe Feb. now.

I find it very aggravating when a new member comes on the site demanding info and blasting the site members for not meeting their demands. It's so very hard to welcome them to the group. Makes me and I see others, wonder why they're here. Some people just don't take time to fit in. They take their ball and go home saying I don't want to be a member here. I and a host of others think this is the best fishing site on the net and if you took time to get to know some of the members here, you may think so too. Now this guy will go off and bad mouth CDC and say stuff when he should be looking in the mirror at that image he presented. I hope he reconsiders leaving. There's so much to gain in staying. You leave, your loss.

    Thank you chaunc I agree
I have made some very good friends from this site. There are a few ole boys in Kentucky that if they had a problem and they needed help I would be there in 5-6 hrs. And they know who they are.
I have a very good friend from east Ky that I got to know from all the shin digs we have had. And chaunc I hope you know if you are ever running thru Illinois and need some help all you have to do is shoot me a pm and I would be there to help with a place to stay or what ever you needed
that's what I have gotten from CDC. yes I have learned a lot about fishing and yes Wiskers I know it don't show. but most of all I have made some great friends.
so Sir I hope you don't leave the site. But listen and help others. I would like to invite you to come down and fish the next Kentucky Lake Fruit Jar tournament hopefully next month and get to know some of the people here and you will learn a little from each one of them. I would also look forward in learing some things about crappie from you also lord knows I need some help.

I guess I interpreted his post different than most. My interpretation was "Where are all the fishing reports?" and that he was disappointed there wasn't more people posting. Nothing more and nothing less. This is absolutely a great site, but there are members that take a long time to warm up to new guys and some that look for a reason not to.

I don't advocate taking drugs of any kind, but I think everyone needs to take a chill pill as they say! And get out there and catch yourself some Crappie. A Crappie Attitude is supposed to be a Happy Attitude, even if your limit is like mine, one fish!
