Rapala Lithium Rechargeable. Battery so far has been great, and not having to worry about cords, so you can fillet anywhere is a plus. It's a little heavier, obviously, about $70-75 on ebay.

Been using it on up to 6# blues, so far so good (and I've hit a rib or two), definitely no worse than my older fillet knife. Can't seem to catch nothing but dinks crappie fishing.

    Rees,
I got one with 2 batteries so you always have one charged up all the way. It works pretty good with a full charge but even though its a lithium you can tell when the charge is going down and not just on the rib bones. Rapala makes a new heavy duty corded knife that I am thinking of getting, especially before coming down for fall camp. It runs about 60 bucks and I think I can use it and keep the rechargeable one for a back up. The Rapala rechargeable ones with the 2 batteries and a case run 125 dollars or so

You gonna fish Enid or Nader????? I may hold off on the recharge then, 99.9% of the fish we clean are over 12 inches and a bunch over 15 so it need to be stout.
