    Thanks for all the good links. I'm not even going to consider a new boat. If I was a lot younger I would. That Tracker is exactly what I have in mind but that's almost a 4 hour drive one way. He is in Fishdoc's back yard.

    A co-worker is selling a 14' jon with a 9.9 merc for around $1500. Both are in excellent shape. Boat is located at Edenton.

    16' Bass Tracker Pro V16 Boat
    another nice boat turn key ready to use, only 5 years old so it should still be like new if stored inside. These latter models are very wide, about an hour north of here.
