    Just make a meatloaf as you normally would but instead of adding ketchup, add BBQ sauce. Then spread some BBQ sauce on the top. I put mine in a small foil pan. 275 until an internal temp of 160.

    Did you smoke the Mac n cheese? Have a buddy who owns a Q restaurant in bama, his biggest seller is smoked Mac n cheese.

    Yep....smoked mac and cheese is fantastic

    Yea, on the rack above the meatloaf in the Masterbuilt smoker. 275 for 45 minutes for the mac and cheese.

    Very fine indeed! I like to take the casing off of some smoked sausage. Cube it and mix it into my smoked Mac n cheese.
