    The wife and I had to settle for plain ol fresh crappie caught yesterday with fries and fresh fried squash straight from the garden.

    That meatloaf and mac and cheese looks wonderful.

    How long did you have to smoke it and at what temp to get done?

    I think it took around 1 1/2 hrs at 275. I stuck a digital thermometer into the center and cooked it till it was 160 degrees.
