G what I was sayin about not ordering was about bass pro because of the 3 to 5 week turn around because they said they had to research to see who was to blame
Just smart business to address customers concerns to their satisfaction. The cost of making someone mad over a possible lifetime of purchases isn't worth debating over who was at fault, etc. Make a guy happy and he might spend thousands more over his lifetime. The few dishonest people don't make a dent out of the legit one's trying to do the right things. A couple places have done that to me and I haven't spent 1 cent more to them.
