I agree, but this is the easiest way for now. I'd have to figure out how to extrude it, or find someone that could. I do need a manufacturer once we have a final product. But can't have it melting all over the place during shipment. That's the problem right now.

Thanks everyone for you support. I believe in the product, I've seen it work over and over again. And so far the field testing has been positive as well.

Think Slim Jim. Peel it open and slice off discs as you need it. Just a random thought.

Received mine yesterday in perfect condition, really surprised it didn't melt was 92 degrees here, and the mailbox is in the direct sun from 10-2. Anyways can't wait to get to try these out.

Got my Saturday, they were fine. Gonna try them this week hopefully.

Think of play-doh. All you need is say a can, with drilled holes to the size you want. Then make a disc with plunger, to push the product thru the holes. Give it a go, just throwing the idea out there. Then you could sell it in lengths, and the user could cut size needed.

I was thinking of a 5# sausage stuffer! Just load it and crank the handle. Need info shoot me a pm.

Mine melted also, but will still be able to give them a try by weeks end
