    Thanks David coming from you the master smoker, would love doing one of the BBQ competitions with you that you do. You need to post more pictures of that - as well as those pies. The May haw jelly worked well, glazed nicely. Received a recipe for a bourbon and maple syrup BBQ sauce. I have the real maple syrup I acquired from a trade. May work well on a brisket.
