Yep, those NY Strips have a lot of flavor. Just a bit tougher than a ribeye, but great cooked rare-medium rare.

My favorite was a club or rib steak and was.the cheapest. Now they are bone-in rib eyes and lots higher.

So a club was a bone-in ribeye? You're right, you pay dearly for that bone nowadays. About the only steak I buy any more is chuck eye. Every bit as good as an official ribeye, but about half the price.Originally Posted by Gomer Snerd
