That's great to see. I wish he would trade his four wheeler in for is boat and come up here to Sardis and start checking folks on the water. We could use some help. Seems the 3 pole limit per person doesn't apply to everyone or so they think.

Kinda thought that may have been what he got this guy for, he was in a boat with a partner, next thing I know he's on the bank with the warden and his ticket book and the other guy went on up the creek fishing.
He works, you can count on that.

No kiddin Yikes, I have noticed a lot of em on Grenada fishing over the limit on poles also.

Back when my boat was in the water I never trolled with more than two rods and if I were tite lining I would use three. To me thats enough for me to manage.

Yikes there were folks turned in to the wardens via cell phone pictures on Sardis. They think they are getting away with it but I guess will be surprised when they get a picture in the mail and a ticket. Just urks me that folks think they can be above others and break the rules that most of the guys are following. I even asked one boat if they knew they were breaking the law and was told they didn't care. Gave him the benefit of the doubt but after that comment I hope he enjoys his ticket. Saw a bunch of tickets wrote there for shorts too. Glad to see they are working at the lakes I visited. You don't have to say anything just snap a picture including there boat numbers is all that's needed!

Without you being willing to be a witness that ticket will never stand up in court. To each their own, I just don't let it bother me. I do rite for the most part but if I get caught in the wrong and get a ticket you will never here me whine about it, warden is just doing his job.
Do you take pictures of speeders as well, if not why not? Someone fishing with too many poles is way less likely to kill someone than a speeder is.

I heard they gonna get some Drones with video camera's and start catching folks that way! Reality of it is that only a fraction of people breaking most laws actually ever get caught.

Shorts? I'm guessing it has nothing to do with dress code. Fish that are shorter than the slot limit?
