    Weird how Pelba is still showing a steady rise while the Atchafalaya is steady falling. Are they pumping the water into the North end or what? I'm confused (normal).

    The blr is definitely out of the flow... But the water was moving along the levee and through the pontoon bridge... Is there a way to pass under the pontoon bridge?

    Yes, there is an opening for boats close to the bank on the right side. I have caught my share tied up there.
