Was going to relate a couple of horror stories but dredging up old memories enraged me to the point I cannot properly tell them without using words and phrases that would offend delicate sensitivities.

Sometimes its fun to have fun with those type of people. When they pull up in the hole next to me I just throw my bait/lure over in their direction and usually catch the fish they came over to catch. Its so funny to me to see the frustration on their faces. Even better was to watch their cast, then throw over their line, snag it and yell "FISH ON" then cut their line when your are nice enough to offer to untangle the mess. Over the years for the most part the people i've ran into on the water have been very nice. Only 2 people to have fun with that I can remember. There's always hope for this year

Really my worse was when friend went fishing at santee,we had bass fish for years together and i would tear him up,well we only had crappie fish in cold weather with hopkins and in ponds for crappie together, well we went to santee for a week ,the first day of fishing i caught 6 or 7 and he on my boat caught about 70 to 80,no joke,i tried to do everything he did ,wind same speed ,same bait, cast where he cast, cast where he had not cast ,then he would cast there and catch the fish. I ask him what he was doing different and with a silly grin say just casting and winding it back, boy he was paying me back for all those years i beat him bass fishing and did it in one day,i just knew by being a good bass fisherman that it would be no problem to catch those fish on jigs, boy did i go to school that day, each day i began to inprove as i cut my eye at him and trying to copy him without him knowing it,boy that was embarasing, well i am the type to not give up and intend to do as well as the next person no matter who he is ,so i learn from that situation.that is why when people tell me they can catch fish better on minnows and day, i say you do not know how to really fish with a jig, minnows with many poles will catch a lot but one pole ,jigs most of the time

Have had some 40 and 50 feet Yachts throw huge wakes on me. The ***holes were joy riding up yeopim creek. They kept coming back and forth about 30 yards from me throwing 4 foot wakes. Making My bow scoop water every time. They had the whole frikken Albemarle Sound to joy ride in but no.... they had to ride up and down a 1/4 mile stretch of creek that I happened to be fishing on. They finally left when they could see me blowing the birds at them and My head shaking back and forth knowing that I was throwing a cussing on them like they had never heard. I was writing new words into the dictionary under profanity that day for sure. I'm surprised fish did not float up dead from the filth I was spewing at those low life raggedy *** pieces of ****. I could have called the MAN on them if I wanted to but I despise that SOB just as bad so when i fix that river up with hurdles and start fishing there again, I think I will have a plan in place to deal with rude behavior.CF

Was ran over by some one going about 45 mph--lived through it. Had one boat park particularly close to me one day, I could have poked him in the eye with my fishing rod, he was that close...If I can touch you with my fishing rod, you are WAY TOO CLOSE.

Was anchored under a bridge setting up for night fishing when a big ski boat came thru wide open and bounced me off the bottom of the bridge. I agree with what was said earlier take a picture of your tackle and gear from time to time that was the only way that I was able to get what went over the side back. Did get some nice boat upgrades however thanks to Brian.
