    We started this about 20years ago, but we make homemade pizza,wife makes about 30 12in crusts and i make the sauce i start from scratch 7 28 oz cans of tom. sauce,diced tom and crushed tom, 1 1/2 bottles of homemade wine and Italian seasoning cook for 9 hrs.Then when folks start showing up grab a crust and add what ever you want.

    That's what I'm talkin' bout! I prefer Italian Christmas over the traditional Ham/Turkey ones. Wish I had an Italian granny to make some home made ravioli.

    I agree with feelay! I don't mind a prime rib or other fine cut of beef either tho!

    Know what your saying on Christmas day after everything slows down and the crowd is gone I put a couple of T bones on the grill and a baked potato and that's it.

    We fixing steaks and salad and I am fixing the Corn Casserole that Scott posted the other day, along with baked sweet potatoes and homemade pecan pie. Wife is making her cream cheese coffee cakes and egg puff for brunch Christmas morning.
