That hickory smoke sure smells good. Doing a turkey breast to take to my daughter's this afternoon. Shot up the inside with Cajun butter sauce and dusted the outside with Tony C's.

Looks good, where's the bacon? Let us know how that oil less fryer does. I am thinking of buying one. Also, please tell me how hard it is to clean. Thanks

It's a smoker/roaster, even tho it says that it's an oil-less fryer. Clean up is very easy, not messy like oil.

I've done several and they are great. I usually cook one on Sunday or Monday so I can have turkey sammiches and stripped turkey salads for lunch all week.
