I agree with Don. Lennox is good stuff. I have (4) 75 ton Tranes on the roof here at work. I have to take care of them all. It took my company $120,000 to divorce us from Trane energy management systems. It will take a nearly equal amount to get them out entirely, JUST contracts. Like I said, Trane works well, but when things start breaking you will wish you had never heard of them. Short of contactors, relays, and freon, every part HAS to come from Trane, by design. I can't go just anywhere and get parts, I have to go through Boland Trane in Rockville Md, and pay whatever price they want.

Also, if they don't already have it, insist on a scroll compressor. They have a 3 micron tolerance on the valve system, that translates into efficiency and reliability beyond your wildest dreams (if installed right). While geothermal is a top performer, any HP will make you wish you never met your contractor when that reversing valve or controls go bad.
