Oh there are boats up there... On Saturday there were 7 boats but they didn't catch all that many... I think most of them were using minnows too... Sometimes they come in close and toss where we are catching them but most of the time they anchor on the other side (shallow water). Dad went yesterday and he fished for 4 hrs no crappie so I guess they have moved on up. I'll try to locate them on my next day off . We are fishing where the lake backs up to two rivers that come together... One of them is fed from trout streams and it is colder so we fish the back up on the warmer river
