Thread: buggs weekend trip

Camped and launched at Longwood.wind was terrible. Caught 15 crappie. 5 keepers. One perch. Fished shallow to deep to find fish. Beaver pond and lil beaver pond area is where most were caught. 4-10 fow. Caught most trolling blue,black and green jigs and pulling bobbers and minnows. Had fun but bite was slow.water was stained to lightly stained and 57-60 deg.

Fished Little Buffalo on Friday and caught some nice fish in the morning in 4 fow pulling corks , jigging brush and tight lining. Bite stopped cold at 11:00. Had two at 14.5 inches one female was fat and 2 lbs the other was spawned out and skinny at 1.4 lbs. Not many numbers but good size. FB
