With being sick, work, I haven't been out. But way to go Mark. I'll be back up this spring, and hopefully will slam hard to make up for this December.

The bite has slowed down a bit since mid December, but with a little tenacity and minnows set at 10' I managed to put a few in the yak. One of them was 14" and full of roe. She went back to swim another day. The morning bite was almost nonexistant but things started to pick up once the tide started going out. Tried throwing a jig a time or two but no cigar. The threat of rain took me back in a little earlier than I wanted so I tried up around the dam and caught only two dinks with an equal casualty of two rigs lost. The fish seem to be scattered into smaller schools and are hard to locate. The females are starting to get fat with roe.
