    The messenger of spring was peeking at me as I got out of the car this evening.


    I still think we'll get hit by a good snow though.....

    Mine came up too.... even the plants are confused by the weather
    mike (papermouth scaler)

    it's cold.. it's raining....it's too windy...

    My jonquils ( ****house Lilly's) are popping up too. Noticed coming down 58 yesterday the maples are budded. But I hate to tell ya fellas, it's BEEN Time!

    That 2lb slab told me other wise... Said the future is now.... Something about when most find em shallow, the big ones have already moved out.

    At Kerr I have caught my biggest crappie in feb in shallow water. Glad you got a hog.

    Super job on the nice fish. Early March has been when I've caught most of my big fish.
