Thread: 3 day warming trend ??

Fishbud,the last i heard was keith and then it was not good,about 2 weeks or more,was high and trashes and stain,maybe someone will come on who been there,weather been too bad to travel that far until i know the water is clearing,but it has stain gaston so i feel sure it is rather stain,don't mind stain in warmer weather but in heart of winter is tough,atlease for me.but if any creek is clear it should be rudds,good luck and if you go ,let us know how it goes

With the ice reports decided to take the Hyco option this Sunday. Fished half day in the warm mid-50s water and managed a dozen good keepers avg 11" with one @ 12". All others lived to swim another day. BG Cajun cricket fished slow over structure was best for me today. Spent 45 minutes towing a disabled boat back to landing. Told me everyone kept ignoring his waving arms and whistle and he was in the main channel. Wanted to pay me...told him to help the next guy !! FB

Good job FB. Its really sad that there are so many people out there that just ignore people that need help.

Great job!!! You made the right choice I think from all the local reports. It's getting real close for the strong bite at Kerr and I always look for that three day warming trend and fish the backs of the creeks in 5 to 6 ft of water.
