Thread: Chick Lake 11/8

Fished the lake for 4 hours today. 14 crappie, 1 bluegill and a 3 lb bass. 5 on purple and chartr sliders and the rest on minnows. All on brush in 9-12' FOW...fish were caught about 5-6' down. All were between 9-14"...I kept 6 and threw the rest back. A windy start, but it layed down. Water temp 54. Seems like they are still on wood cover. I missed a bunch...should have caught between 20-25, but I'm still learning. Several came unbuttoned at the boat including a very large one. Good day!!
