    Default September7th Pembroke Creek

Decided to go today instead of Sunday. Weather too good to pass up. Ended up catching 30 crappie. Only 13 keepers. Today was the day of the dinks. I caught one heck of a white perch also. He will go on the dinner table. Caught all fish on brush piles. Used mostly bluegrass and pink/white today with Bluegrass being the best again but pink/white did well also. My Son's Girlfriend is twisting my arm real hard to take them fishing tomorrow. If she keeps on, I might be going again tomorrow. This would be more of a guide trip for me but still fun.CF

Sounds like you did alright, or at least better than I have done lately in my usual places. I blew out a wheel bearing on my way home last weekend but spent today replacing both sides. Might take a shot at Pembroke today; need to do something different to improve my luck. Temped to try flounder at Rose Bay too. My son got his limit yesterday, two were in the 24 inch class - - - awful tempting.

Tell him to marry her before she gets away.
