    Default diascund drawdown?


    took an evening trip to DR only to find out that the water level was down even lower than my last trip. the water is down to the end of the ramp. you can walk to what use to be the island thats across from the boat landing. did manage to launch and get around to a few spots only to put a skunk in the boat. wt 83*,saw a lot of gar rolling on top. oh well better luck next time

    Everything i heard has said that it will be down for up to 2 years. Also heard that it was closed to boat traffic now. Somebody told me that they didnt want any boats out on the lake and that the GW reserved the right to ticket people found on the lake.

A land bridge to the island across from the boat launch. The water appears to be down about 6'. A good time to take some pictures or maybe plant some structure

    Terrific pictures - thanks for posting those. I left VA in 2010 and miss it a lot - it's really neat to see my old fishing grounds like that.
