Thanks for post.. I have to say the poor fish look starved (Skinny).. I heard they where going to knock down quota's on menhaden this year. I REALLY hope they do. should help ( Rock and blues) fishing Virginia waters a lot!
When the fleet of net boats roll thru here, fishing is poor for days!
