well i was fishing all types of artificial lures with a cast and retrieve... but we only caught them on minnows with slip bobbers. had several other boats tell me the same thing that minnows was the only thing working?

well the specks were really tasty last night!!!! (oh ya... first time eating fish since "my incident" and so far so good!)

but i will have to say you are right that crappie are better tasting!
