Most ramps on the Nutbush end have very little water on them. I think you can still use the new ramp at Nutbush but that's about it don't know about the other end of the lake. Haven't fished Kerr in awhile so can't help you there.

the ramps at Bluestone an Buffalo have one side closed, they put up saw horses. the crappie have been bitin better an better as it has gotten cooler. last w/e was our best this fall for big fish. the fish are doin better downlake below the bridges all way down to Eastland. I've put in at Longwood, Island Cr an Ivey Hill with no problems.

went wednesday. took a friend who had only crappie fished once. put in at oconeeche with no problems. water is quite a bit low.had a couple close calls on rocks and points that i havent in the past. tried fishing main lake brush and points with no luck. wind was tough and couldnt stay on anything. got back in the coves and creeks and managed to find some nice fish in 15 to 20 fow. on the bottom. bite was slow, friend had a hard time feeling or seeing the bite but finaly got the hang of it the last couple hours and ended up catchig the two best fish a 13"and 13 1/2" .water temp 56 on my boat although a fellow at the ramp said his lowrance said only 52. thanks for the info .
