Glad you were there Ferdi. My favorite on Friday was Tracker123's crawfish etoufee. My favorite on Saturday was Skip's shrimp etoufee. Kinda funny, one was from Texas, the other lives there and they cook Cajun food!! Like this year, all will be welcome next year. Go on the Louisiana forum. Many pictures in several threads.
