i guess it would depend on what i would be paying as a guide fee. also is it an independant guide or through a service. does the guide get the whole fee or just a portion? if he gets the whole fee then i might tip an extra $50 if he really keeps me on fish. if he only gets a portion the i would probably go an extra $100 if he really made sure i had a good trip. i know that probably sounds high but a great tip might juts make an average trip into the trip of a lifetime. when you think about what you spend money on all year long what's an extra $100? but thats just my opinion.
