I would look into the dover,tn area. It is a beautiful place and great fishing opportunities. Also the area around Martin,Tn is nice and close to Ky lake and Reelfoot lake.
The area around Martin is unique because there are no income taxes and you can do your grocery shopping in Fulton,Ky where there is no sales taxes. Just a short drive to Fulton.
